Welcome to the IBF Family Conference 2025. Some important information to know while on campus is provided on this page.
Please be courteous to the IWU staff. There are also other groups and their guests on campus. Please be mindful of everyone. Please do not drive on the walkways and park only in designated areas.

Please arrange all pick-ups with your children’s teachers when you drop them off.
Program Updates/Changes
We strive to ensure that the details in the Conference Handbook are accurate. However, sometimes, last-minute changes are necessary.
The Malayalam Workshop on Thursday and Saturday has been relocated from the Student Center Piazza Terrace to the Century Dining Hall (located past the Baldwin Dining Hall and the Globe Theater, on the first aisle to the right).
The Nursery includes both rooms 137 and 135 in the PPAC.
Children’s VBS on Thursday and Friday evenings are held in PPAC 150 (instead of Baker Recital Hall).
Youth classroom for Grades 4-6 has been relocated to PPAC 137 (previously PPAC 135).
