The Registration Information collected will be used to register the individual, calculate costs, assign rooms, and plan housing, facility needs, and food reservations. We will share your name, gender, and age for those under 18, with the venue used to facilitate the event to assign housing and plan food, and calculate costs for those who have requested lodging and meals. Access to the Registration Information is restricted to a few members of the IBF Committee and is not shared or sold to any third party.
